RED SOX REPLAY PROJECT STATUS for 1967, 1972, 1975, 1977, 1978, 1986, 1999, 2003, 2008 and 2021

In April, I decided to attempt to change Red Sox history by replaying all the seasons that, during my lifetime, really disappointed me. These seasons, I truely believed, the Red Sox could have won the World Series, but instead they lost. I decided to use different PC programs in an attempt to figure out which programs I liked the best. The seasons and the programs I used were: 1967-OOTP, 1972-Digital Diamond, 1975-Action PC, 1977-Diamond Mind, 1978-PC Replay, 1986-Action PC, 1999-OOTP, 2003-Dynasty League, 2008-PC Replay and 2021-Strat-o-matic PC.

I ABANDONED THIS SEASON (USING ACTION PC BASEBALL) AS THE RED SOX WERE 20 GAMES BACK IN JULY, WITH NO CHANCE OF MAKING THE POST SEASON.

CONCLUSIONS SO FAR

With the exception of 1986 and 2021, I believe the Red Sox still have a shot at changing history. This project has taken a lot of time. Since April, I have managed between 3 and 5 games a day and auto-played the rest. This has been a fun project and I will post another update with two weeks to go in the seasons.
